Mitre 10 Hastings & Napier

The Ricketts family, owners of the Mitre 10 stores in Napier and Hastings, have secured a naming rights sponsorship deal with the Hawke’s Bay Regional Sports Park Trust.

The HB Regional Sports Park Trust said the arrangement was an absolute milestone. “The Ricketts family have been doing business in Hawke’s Bay since 1961 and for the last 44 years it’s been under the Mitre 10 brand. It’s a great fit for us and we are proud to now call ourselves Mitre 10 Park,” he says.

PAK'nSAVE Hastings 

The Smith family at Hastings PAK'nSAVE are among the region's most generous corporate citizens. They sponsor many, many sporting and community activities. The PAK'nSAVE Hastings Netball Centre would not have been built without their support. 80,000 netballers enjoy using this facility every year.

Higgins

The Park also enjoys the support of Higgins. This firm has undertaken much of the work in the Park including laying the athletics track and netball courts. This is exacting work and has been undertaken with precision by Higgins.

Unison

The region's lines company, Unison, has supplied much of the internal infrastructure within the Park and is the naming rights sponsor of the Unison Hockey Stadium. Unison, like PAK'nSAVE Hastings and Higgins, is a strong supporter of community facilities & events.​​​​​​​
